Morley: What are those for?
Dan: You can use the jets to massage your back, or any body part.
Morley: This is picture material! [snaps picture] Let me get in! [sits near the jets] Ahh, now that's comfort!
Dan: And when the water gets too hot, you can roll over into the coldwater pool.

Franchising, in brief, is a system of business based on a legal arrangement in which one party---the franchisee---agrees with the franchise owners to produce and market their goods or services on a local or regional basis. The franchise owner provides operating systems such as advertising and accounting. This system has enabled many entrepreneurs to realize their dream of owning their own business where normally it would have been impossible for them to go it alone.

My feet are killing me!

对话
Marie: You look a bit tired. What have you been doing?
Yvonne: Shopping for some new outfits.
Marie: Did you get what you want?
Yvonne: I did, but it took me all day.
Marie: What do you want to do now?
Yvonne: I just want to sit down somewhere and relax. My feet are killing me!

My feet are killing me。 My feet are sore from all the walking(我走了那么多路,双脚酸痛)。 (You have got athlete's foot)等,你都可以说:My feet are killing me。 My shoulders are killing me、My back is killing me等。 Are your feet killing you? Our massager can stop the murder(尊足是否正在取阁下性命? You look a bit tired。这a bit可不可以改为a little?Bit是‘小片’或‘少许’,例如a bit of ice cream是‘少许冰淇淋’。A bit之后接tired之类形容词(adjective),则是作副词(adverb)用,和a little没有分别,I am a bit/a little angry即‘我有点愤怒’。但请留意:not a bit和not a little意思完全不同。Not a bit是‘一点也不’,not a little则是‘不只有一点’,也即‘十分’。所以,I am not a bit tired/surprised是‘我一点都不疲倦/不惊讶’,I am not a little tired/surprised则是‘我疲倦/惊讶得很’,两个说法切勿混淆。
